Privacy policy
ZaneChat and zane.vapp.vn are provided by ERPFIT Co., Ltd. (ERPFit). This page states what personal data we process, why, how long we keep it and how you use your rights, under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.
1. The ZaneChat app on your computer
Messages, contacts, files and the login sessions of each network (Zalo, Messenger, Telegram, Discord…) are stored encrypted on your computer. ERPFit does not receive, read or store them.
To check for updates, the app sends zane.vapp.vn a random install id, the operating system, the CPU architecture and the version number. No message content or account name is included, and we do not store an IP address with them.
A debug report is sent only when you tick the box in the app; it carries page structure, not message content.
2. The zane.vapp.vn website
Visit statistics: we use vApp Analytics, hosted in Vietnam, to count page views and improve the service. It sets no cookies and stores no IP address; each visit carries only an anonymous code that changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. Statistics are kept for at most 24 months.
The site's fonts load from Google Fonts; your browser then connects to Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address under its own policy.
3. Web console accounts
If you register a web console account, we process your email, your name and phone number (if you enter them), a hashed password and the IP address of each login session, only to sign you in and run the service. Legal basis: your consent when you register.
Login sessions expire after 30 days. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
4. Where data lives, and sharing
zane.vapp.vn's servers and edge servers are in Vietnam. We do not sell personal data, use no ad network and share no data with third parties, except where the law requires it.
5. Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access, correct and delete your data, to withdraw consent and to object to processing. Send requests to support@vapp.vn; we answer within the time the law sets. If a data breach happens, we notify the authority and the people affected as the law requires.
